Hurricane Katrina & Disaster Relief

Since Hurricane Katrina landed on the shores of Mississippi and Louisiana, I believe that all Americans have been struggling with the disaster. It is at times like these that all Christians need to lean on God to help us through each day. A Covenant Promised, I hope, will help Christians be reminded of all our Father has done for us.

CQ-7201-H A Covenant Promised
Model stitched by Terry Forester

A quilt based upon Biblical quilt blocks

Beginning in the early chapters of Genesis, through the last words of Revelations, and even in the years since then, God blesses his covenant children through their lives. A Covenant Promised is a special piece I designed to remind me of all the covenant promises He has made with His children. From the Garden of Eden, with Adam and Eve, through David’s life of turmoil and struggle, to the last days if His Son’s life, God’s hand is always with His flock.

Today, those promises are as strong and vibrant, and I am ever in awe of how He works through my life, and through the lives of all other covenant children.

Stitch this sampler for yourself, or for your loved ones, as a remembrance of how God guides our lives, and sets our path, and is always with us in all of our days.
